Aedammair & Heather

Our duo in-house nutritionists will have you cooking up a storm in no time! Aedammair and Heather both have MSc's in Dietetics and Nutrition and more than 4 years experience. Before joining TCD Fit they worked in FlyFit and Ben Dunne Gyms respectively.

Aditya

Aditya is the founder of TCD Fit. He has been working as Personal Trainer in Dublin since 2015. He specialises in muscle building programs for men and women. You will find him more often than not, re-stacking weights and helping our members in the heavy weights section!

Aedammair became a personal trainer in 2018, after finally sticking to one of her many New Year's Resolutions! She specialises in weight loss and weight maintenance programs for women.
