So, what do our classes entail and when are they on? Well you have come to the right space, keep reading to find out all about the classes TCD Fit offers.


Hot Yoga

Feeling steamy? Hot Yoga is the perfect class for you to get sweaty, as well as get your stretch on.

Hot yoga is a vicarious form of yoga that is performed in our unique humid studios designed to give you the ultimate hot yoga experience. But be warned, this is not for the faint hearted, we recommend class attendees are intermediate yoga level as this class is a challenging form of Bikram yoga.

Classes take place Monday & Friday @ 10am.

Legs, Bums & Tums

LBT is one of our most popular classes, designed to tone crucial parts of the body through aerobic workout movements which include squats, lunges and planks.

This class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping with its upbeat energy and circuit training style set up.

Classes take place Tuesday & Saturday @ 2pm.

Spinning

Free your mind in our upbeat spinning classes that will no doubt get your heart racing.

TCD Fit has recently installed a state of the art spinning studio that will help you get the perfect workout. Our studio is fitted with expert speakers, as well as hot and cold temperature settings to help you get your ultimate sweat on.

Our spinning classes vary in intensity and are perfect for all levels of fitness.

Classes take place Sunday, Monday & Tuesday @ 6pm.

Boxercise

This class is designed for you to step out of your comfort zone and use parts of your body that you may not use in a typical workout. It is an exercise class that is based on the training concepts of boxers to keep fit, and has helped many of our members reach their goals in a fun and new way.

Classes take a variety of formats including shadow boxing, skipping, hitting pads and kicking punchbags.

This class is especially suitable for those who like to workout with a buddy as a lot of the exercises in class require a buddy!

Classes take place Wednesday @ 7pm.

HIIT

One of our most popular classes since starting out, HIIT is a rigorous interval training sequence with high intensity exercises.

This upbeat class is guaranteed to get those endorphins flowing and get you pumped up to smash those fitness goals. Unleash your inner animal and let the music take over as you do quick bursts of high intensity exercises that will push you to give 80%-100% effort.

Classes take place Wednesday, Thursday & Friday @ 10am.

HITT

Kettlebells

This is a high intensity ballistic workout designed yo help you build strength and work multiple muscle groups in a unique way. Our kettlebell classes are new to TCD Fit and have already proven to be very popular with our members.

Our trainer Aditya instructs these classes and has several years experience with this form of training.

Classes take place Monday & Friday @ 4pm.
