We deliver: Stop wasting your time with workouts that aren't giving you results. Our team will ensure that you achieve results. Your fitness program is created for you to fit your abilities and help you reach your goals. We keep records of your workouts and your progress and re-assess fitness levels every 4-6 weeks. Whether you are in a personal training session, a group fitness class, or just taking advantage of the trainers walking the floor, there are fitness experts around who can answer your questions.

I joined TCD Fit gym few months back on friend's recommendation and I am so happy of my choice as this is the place that I was looking for. The trainers really care of the members' and they are willing to help them whenever they have a questions. But what makes TCD Fit a fantastic place is the atmosphere, everybody is very nice and welcome. It truly is a family! They even care about your life and the struggles and successes you are going through which is so special. Special shoutout to their nutritionist Aedammair for the amazing meal plans she prepped for me!

I started going to TCD Fit over 2 months ago. I have lost some weight, gotten on a healthy exercise and meal schedule and feel great about myself. The workouts kick your butt. I love that I can see how I’m increasing my endurance by being able to do the videos online multiple times. My coach, Aditya, is always there for me. Whether it is to vent, or redirect myself, or to just get feedback and motivation. It is my favorite part of the program. Everyone here is all hands on deck to make you feel like you are a vital member of the team. I’m glad I’m losing weight, but I’m motivated by your commitment to me. I will have been training at TCD Fit for 3 years. Since working out here I am stronger and in better shape than at any other time in my life. I find every class and every trainer are different but always super challenging, and this variety of workouts keeps me invested in maintaining a consistent motivation to show up and work hard. The trainers are ALWAYS so encouraging, offering modifications when needed. I have always felt that the staff value me as a member here. The level of accountability and expectation to give it your all never faltered.
